This shipping policy applies to all home furnishing products sold online by Texas City Furniture & Mattress; please read it in full before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Once payment is received and risk verification is complete, we will pack and dispatch items within 1–3 business days. Weekends and statutory holidays are not included in the processing timeframe.
2. Order Cut-off Time
The daily cut-off time for order processing is 4:00 PM (Central Time). Orders submitted after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for dispatch on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Standard items (small furniture, rugs, decorative mirrors, etc.): Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Large items (large furniture, mattresses, dressers, dining sets, cabinetry, etc.): Delivered via truck; delivery times may vary slightly based on location and logistics scheduling.
4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping applies to all product categories; no additional fees are charged for delivery or standard home drop-off.
5. Shipping Areas
We ship to all locations within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently offer shipping to overseas locations, US territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
6. Delivery Partners
UPS is our designated logistics partner for the entire shipping process.
Small items are delivered to your doorstep via UPS.
Large items—such as mattresses, dining sets, and large cabinets—are delivered via specialized furniture delivery trucks. The delivery driver will call in advance to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery; if no one is available to receive it, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled, which may extend the overall delivery time.
7. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact customer service immediately to request a cancellation; there are no processing fees, and we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
Once the goods have left the warehouse and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled directly. If you wish to return the items, please follow the store's standard return and exchange policy.
8. Tracking Your Order
Registered customers can log in to their accounts at any time to view order progress and shipping details. Customers without an account can track their shipment on the official website using their order number and the email address used to place the order.
Once the package has shipped, the system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number; you can use this number on the carrier's official website to view the package's real-time location and transit status.
If you do not receive a notification email containing the tracking number within three business days of shipment, please contact customer service to verify the shipping status.
Additional Information
In the event of package damage or loss during transit, please retain photos of the affected items and contact customer service to arrange for a claim or replacement.
